Shipping Policy:
This is the shipping policy of Maple and Lark. We offer free shipping for domestic orders over $150 in the USA, but there is a flat rate of $15.00 for orders under $150. For orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, the flat rate is $20. We cannot combine orders post-purchase. We cannot ship to post office boxes but do ship to APO's and military addresses.
Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days, except for pre-orders (Were the date is stated in the listing) during restocks it extends to 5-7 business days due to the influx of orders. Delivery takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders and up to 3 weeks for international orders. Shipping protection insurance is available, but if you choose to opt-out, the protection will not be available, and Maple and Lark will not be responsible for any lost or damaged products once the carrier picks up the order. The customer can file a claim by emailing info@mapleandlark.com and receive a refund or a replacement if possible.
Cancellations:
Cancellation of orders is only possible before 3 pm MST on the same day the order was placed, and there are no cancellations during sales or coupon codes. Preorders can be canceled within 24 hours of ordering, or they cannot be canceled. Address changes are attempted, but not guaranteed, and reshipment on packages returned to Maple and Lark due to incorrect address will reship at the customer's cost.
Returns:
For returns, customers need to contact Maple and Lark within 14 days of purchase to start the return/refund process. Items must be unopened, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in the original packaging with original tags. Sale/clearance/retired items/Limited Editions are non-returnable. Shipping costs for any returned items are the responsibility of the customer, and refund requests will be denied if not received within 14 days of purchase. Please note there is a 3.5% restocking fee of the value of the product.
Discount Codes:
Discount codes cannot be combined, and only one code per order is allowed. They do not offer stacked discounts, and their system does not recognize more than one code. Codes and sales cannot be used retroactively for past orders. Thank you codes, found in the order box can only be used up to three times per customer.
