Where are you located?
We’re based in Texas. Our products are designed with love here, and many are produced in collaboration with ethical manufacturers worldwide.
Are Maple and Lark items safe for babies and young children? We take great care in designing safe, non-toxic, BPA-free products for families. Each product description includes age recommendations and safety details.
How should I care for my Maple and Lark items?
For general care, we recommend using gentle cleaning solutions and avoiding harsh chemicals. Some baskets can be washed on a delicate cycle, air-dried, and reshaped by placing items inside.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sezzle, After Pay and Shop Pay for a secure and convenient checkout experience.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (5-7 during holidays or restocks) and shipped shortly after. Delivery times vary by location. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. For complete details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
What is your Shipping Policy?
- Free shipping on U.S. orders over $100; $10 flat rate for orders under $100.
- For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories, a $20 flat rate applies, or $35 for bulky orders over 15 lbs.
- We ship to APO and military addresses but cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
- International customers are responsible for duties and customs fees.
Do you offer Shipping Insurance?
Yes, we offer in-house shipping insurance for $0.99 at checkout, covering your order against damage, loss, or theft (excluding shipping and tax). If insurance is not selected, Maple and Lark is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, and claims should be filed directly with the carrier.
If you purchased shipping insurance and your order was lost or damaged, email us at info@mapleandlark.com with your order number and photos of the issue to receive a replacement or refund within 5-7 business days.
Note: If a package is missing, we must wait 10 business days from the shipment date before issuing a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before 3 PM CST on the day they are placed. Cancellations are not available during sales or with coupon codes. Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of ordering.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
We will do our best to update your address if possible. Please email info@mapleandlark.com, though changes cannot be guaranteed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment will be at the customer’s cost.
What is your return policy?
Returns can be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags. Sale and clearance items are non-returnable. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once the package arrives in original condition.

Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer exchanges. To switch items, please follow the return process and place a new order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, email us at info@mapleandlark.com with photos of the packing slip, shipping box, damaged items, and your order number.
- If you opted for shipping insurance, we will issue a replacement or refund within 5-7 business days.
- Without shipping insurance, we offer a one-time courtesy of a 50% refund for damaged items, refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Account and Orders
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, but creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping details, earn reward points, and enjoy faster checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log in to your account to check the status of your order. During holidays, launches, and restocks, please allow 5-7 business days for order processing. If you haven’t received tracking information within 10 business days, please email info@mapleandlark.com (and check your spam or junk folder).
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Maple and Lark gift cards are available for purchase and can be sent directly to the recipient’s email.
How can I contact Maple and Lark customer support?
You can reach our customer support team by emailing info@mapleandlark.com or using the contact form on our website. We aim to respond within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.
What if I discover older damage to my item?
We offer a 30-day period for reporting any damages to our products. Regrettably, we cannot provide a warranty beyond this period as we cannot verify usage or cause of damage.
Can I stack coupon codes?
It depends on the coupon code and the sale, during sales and promotions we will state and display what can be stacked or cannot. In general stacking codes is not common. Reward Codes cannot be stacked with Golden November Codes.
What should I do if items are missing from my order?
We frequently nest smaller bins within larger ones. Please carefully unpack and unzip all bins to ensure no items are nested inside. If items are indeed missing, please email customer service at info@mapleandlark.com after thoroughly checking all bins.
