Shipping Policy

Our minimum free shipping threshold is increasing to $50.00 for domestic USA. Flat rate of $5.00 for USA ( due to increase pricing for shipments Hawaii/Alaska will be calculated based on weight and size of packages at check out)

We cannot combine orders post purchase.

At this time we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, any order with a P.O. Box will be contacted to ask for an alternative address. ( We do ship to APO'S and military address) 

Maple and Lark ships to the United States and Internationally, Customers are responsible for Shipping Cost/Duties/Taxes/Fees. 

PROCESSING TIME:

Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days, with the exception of pre-orders. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

For domestic delivery expect 3-5 business days until delivered and for international orders up to 3 weeks until delivered.  Items ordered together, may not always arrive in the same box.  Once order is placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail,  When your order ships you will receive another e-mail with your tracking number. 

DAMAGES 

Maple and Lark now offers in-house shipping insurance, By adding Shipping Protection at checkout, your order will be covered against damage, loss or theft. (Shipping costs, taxes, not included) If you choose to opt out of this service, such protection will not be available for your order. Once the carrier picks up the order we are not responsible for any lost or damaged products. 

Once checkout is complete and your order has been placed, Shipping Protection Insurance is non-refundable.

In the unlikely case that your order never arrives or is damaged upon arrival, you can file a claim by emailing claims@mapleandlark.com and receive a refund or a replacement if possible.

Ensure you report an issue within the respective deadlines:

Damaged: Within 15 days of when the package was marked delivered
Lost: Within 30 days from the last tracking update
Stolen: Within 15 days of when the package was marked delivered

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to some orders shipping the same day, any order that needs to be cancelled must be cancelled before 3pm MST the same day the order was placed. *NO CANCELLATIONS ON ORDERS DURING SALES/COUPON CODES*

 

PREORDERS

Preorders need to be cancelled within 24hrs of ordering otherwise they are not able to be cancelled. Preorders will ship in the time frame that is stated when you place the order on the listing.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

 All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping addresses. Any requests for address changes will be attempted, but NOT GUARANTEED.  Reshipment on packages returned to Maple + Lark due to incorrect address will reship at the customer's cost.   

How much is domestic shipping?

FREE SHIPPING OVER $85.00 (USA excludes Hawaii and Alaska)

FLAT RATE $8.50 (All orders under $85)

 

*Overseas Customer are responsible for any duties/import fees/taxes

What is your return policy?

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase to start a return/refund/exchange process. Purchases may be exchanged or refunded if unopened, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with original tags. Due to these being children items we take seriously returns coming back to us for safety and cleanliness.

Sale/Clearance items are non-returnable.

We are not able to reimburse shipping rates. The customer pays shipping costs for any returned items. Refund and exchange requests will be denied if not received within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be denied if product is returned opened or damaged, customer will not receive product back and will loose refund.  Please e-mail ORDERS@MAPLEANDLARK.COM for return instructions. 

 

DISCOUNTS / SALES

Discount codes cannot be combined, only 1 code per order. We do not offer stacked discounts, and our system doesn’t recognize more than one code. Sales are from the dates listed, and we cannot retroactively discount past orders to current sales.  

Thank You Codes found in your order box can only be used up to 3x per customer
