Maple and Lark ships to the United States and Internationally.
PROCESSING TIME: We ship 2 days a week, Mondays and Thursdays.
If you order before midnight the night before Monday or Thursday your order will ship out the following day. If you order on a Monday or Thursday your order will ship out the next shipment day. Please note this may change during the holiday rush Nov-Dec.15th.
HOLIDAY GUARANTEE SHIPMENT: December 15th for Domestic Orders.
For domestic delivery expect 3-5 business days until delivered and for international orders up to 3 weeks until delivered. Items ordered together, may not always arrive in the same box. Once order is placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail, When your order ships you will receive another e-mail with your tracking number.
Once a order is marked delivered, Maple + Lark is not responsible for replacing due to theft or if it goes missing. If you are concerned or have had this issue in the past, we recommended e-mailing us for a required signature at delivery. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
International Orders: We are not responsible for missing or lost orders, all applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the customer's responsibilities. We will not refund shipping for orders returned as rejected because of custom fees. Thank you for understanding.
Due to some orders shipping the same day, any order that needs to be cancelled must be cancelled before 3pm MST the same day the order was placed.
Orders can be combined, shipping overages will not be refunded until the orders are shipped out and tracking e-mail is sent.

What is your return policy?
Please contact us within 14 days of purchase to start a return/refund/exchange process. Purchases may be exchanged or refunded if unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with original tags.
Sale/Clearance items are non-returnable.
We are not able to reimburse shipping rates. The customer pays shipping costs for any returned items. Refund and exchange requests will be denied if not received within 14 days of purchase. Please e-mail ORDERS@MAPLEANDLARK.COM for return instructions.
