Hi friend! We're so glad you're here. To help make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, here's a quick rundown of how things work at Maple + Lark.
Ordering
Can I combine orders?
Our system might combine orders placed close together, but we can't do it manually. If it happens — great! If not, each order will ship separately. We're unable to combine shipping costs or issue refunds for combined orders.
Can I make changes after I order?
Due to our same-day processing, we can't make changes to items, colors, variants, or coupon codes once an order is placed — so please double-check everything before checking out.
Can I cancel my order or update my address?
We typically pack and ship your order within 2 hours of it being placed. If we're able to catch your order before it processes, we'll do what we can — but once it's locked in for processing, we're unable to change it.
Please note: cancellations aren't available during sales or when using coupon codes.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders process the same day they're placed. Shipping times vary by location, and you'll receive tracking info once your order ships.
What is your shipping policy?
FREE domestic U.S. shipping for orders over $35. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not included.
International shipping is calculated at checkout, and customers are responsible for all duties and fees.
We ship to APO/military addresses, but not to P.O. boxes within the domestic U.S.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking info via email. You can also log in to your account at any time to check the status of your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need something different, simply follow the return instructions and place a new order.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return items. To be eligible, items must be:
- New and unused
- In the original packaging (including the poly bag)
- Returned using the link in your order confirmation
A return shipping cost of $10 will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
No refunds or returns on clearance items, bundles, coupons, or rewards purchases.
Damaged or Missing Items
What if my item arrives damaged or missing?
Oh no! If anything arrives damaged or something's missing and you have shipping insurance, let us know within 30 days of delivery.
Please check inside and unwrap all items first to make sure nothing is nested or hiding!
Email us at info@mapleandlark.com with:
- Photos of the item(s), shipping box, and packing slip
- Your order number
- Quantity and size of the damaged item(s)
Once we have everything we need, we'll take care of your refund within 5–7 business days.
Please note: all returns, damaged, and missing item claims must be reported within 30 days, or they will not be eligible for a return or replacement.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
Yes! You can add shipping insurance for $1.99 at checkout. This covers your order in case of damage, loss, or theft (not including shipping or tax).
If you don't select insurance, we're not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If the shipping carrier marks your package as delivered, you'll need to file a claim directly with the shipping company.
No shipping insurance? We offer a one-time courtesy of a 50% refund for damaged items, refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, provided you supply:
- Photos of the item(s), shipping box, and label
- Your order number
- Quantity and size of the damaged item(s)
Discounts, Coupons & Rewards
I forgot to apply my code — can you add it?
Unfortunately, we're not able to apply codes after checkout, so please make sure your code is added before completing your order.
Can I stack discounts?
Only one code or offer can be used per order — unless we say otherwise during a special promo! Reward points from our rewards program cannot be combined with other discounts.
Account, Payment & Product Care
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don't need an account to shop! But creating one lets you:
- Track orders
- Save shipping details
- Earn rewards points
- Enjoy faster checkout
- Process faster returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sezzle, AfterPay, and Shop Pay for a smooth, secure checkout.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do! Maple + Lark gift cards can be sent directly to someone's email — perfect for last-minute gifts.
How should I care for my Maple + Lark items?
For general care, we recommend using gentle cleaning solutions and avoiding harsh chemicals. Some baskets can be washed on a delicate cycle, air-dried, and reshaped by placing items inside while they dry.
Are Maple + Lark items safe for babies and young children?
Due to small parts, we do not recommend our products for children under 3.
We take great care to design safe, non-toxic, BPA-free products for families. Each product page includes age recommendations and safety details.
Where are you located?
We're based in Texas! Our products are designed with love here, and many are produced in collaboration with ethical manufacturers around the world.
