Maple and Lark now offers in-house shipping insurance, by adding Shipping Protection at checkout, your order will be covered against damage, loss or theft. (Shipping costs, taxes, not included) If you choose to opt out of this service, such protection will not be available for your order.

Once checkout is complete and your order has been placed, Shipping Protection Insurance is non-refundable.

In the unlikely case that your order never arrives or is damaged upon arrival, and you purchased shipping insurance through us, you can file a by emailing info@mapleandlark.com with your order number, issue, photos if possible and receive a refund or a replacement.
